The Aledo Real Estate Market in June 2016
I compiled data of the real estate market for Aledo ISD in June 2016. The average sales price continues to rise from last year by 17%. The average price per square foot increased by $9.14 which is an 8% increase in a year.

New Listings: 81 (Up +13% from last year)
Sold Listings: 57 (Up +8% from last year)
Average Sales Price: $387,255 (Up +17% from last year)
Days on the Market: 89 (Up +12% from last year)
Percentage of List Price: 98.9% (Up +0.6% from last year)[/pullquote]
The average days on the market is 89. There were several homes that were under construction while on the market so that contributed to a higher count of days. About 30% of the homes sold this month did so in less than 20 days. Inventory is still moving quickly, but those homes that have been on the market for longer closed and bumped the average up significantly.
