Aledo real estate was booming in 2015. On average homes sold at 97.8% of their list price. I have complied a list of the Top 10 Hottest Neighborhoods in Aledo ISD based on the MLS information on homes sold last year. I took a weighted score of the average days on the market, the number of homes sold in the neighborhood, and the percentage of list price received to determine which neighborhoods are the hottest in Aledo ISD.
