The Aledo Real Estate Market in February 2016
I compiled data of the real estate market for Aledo ISD in February 2016. Although it appears that days on the market has increased drastically in comparison to last month (view January 2016 market bites here), there were 3 properties that were on the market for a long period of time that skewed the days on the market average. Two were new construction homes that were being built while on the market, and one was a very unique property. When you exclude these 3 homes, the days on the market average is 52 days which is a more accurate reflection of the market at this time.
