The Parker County Texas Real Estate Market in February 2016
I compiled data of the real estate market for Parker County in February 2016. The number of homes sold and the average sold price continue to increase from last year, 26% and 23% respectively. The average price per square foot has risen $15.90 from $92.78 in 2015 to $108.68 in 2016.

Sold Listings: 153 (Up +26% from last year)
Average Sales Price: $265,124 (Up +23% from last year)
Days on the Market: 81 (Up +9% from last year)

Although there was a 9% increase in days on the market, the median days on the market was 64 compared to median of 60 days last year. Homes are still selling quickly.
