The Aledo Real Estate Market in January 2017
I compiled data of the real estate market for Aledo ISD in January 2017. There was a 100% increase in the number of homes sold this month after that huge increase in the number of homes that hit the market (67%) in December.

Sold Listings: 38 (Up +100% from last year)
Average Sales Price: $377,886 (Down -3% from last year)
Days on the Market: 101 (Up +100% from last year)
Percentage of List Price: 98.6% (Up +1.2% from last year)[/pullquote]
There was a major increase in the number of days on the market in January. 21% of homes sold this month did so in 30 days or less. There was 13% that took over 200 days to sell. Thus skewing the average towards the higher end of days on the market.
