The Aledo Real Estate Market in March 2016

I compiled data of the real estate market for Aledo ISD in March 2016. We saw a huge increase in the number of listings this year over March 2015. The number of new listings is up 21% from February of this year too as we enter Spring and the market gets busier.

Average Sales Price: $371,529 (Up +3% from last year)
Days on the Market: 91 (Up -2% from last year)

Aledo ISD is continuing to see increases in average sales price. Homes are still selling quickly despite the average data for days on the market being 91 days. Of the 34 homes that sold in March, 13 sold in less than 30 days. That’s nearly 40% of active listings selling in less than a month.
