The Aledo Real Estate Market in November 2016
I compiled data of the real estate market for Aledo ISD in November 2016. There was a 36% increase in sold homes than last year with the average sales price increasing (6%) and days on the market decreasing by nearly 20%!

Sold Listings: 34 (Up +36% from last year)
Average Sales Price: $372,343 (Up +6% from last year)
Days on the Market: 55 (Down -19% from last year)
Percentage of List Price: 97.8% (Up +0.6% from last year)[/pullquote]
There was a significant decrease in the number of days on the market compared to 2015. Exactly 50% of homes sold this month did so in 30 days or less. The median days on the market is 28 days, so homes are still selling quickly as winter starts! Heading into the holidays and the Aledo Market continues to experience growth!
Twenty-nine percent of homes sold are in the $201,000 to $300,000 price range.
