Aledo Native Bridgette Escamilla is living out her dream and bringing the chef driven restaurant Bee’s Dive to Bankhead Highway. Bee’s offers seasonal food with some local produce for a fresh breakfast or lunch option right here in Aledo. Its menu features quiche, salads, sandwiches, and a soup of the day. Bee’s is quickly becoming the go to for all your catering needs as well. The quiche and chicken salad are crowd pleasers.
The outdoor patio is a great place for busy moms to meet up with kids in tow. Slip in a quick {but healthy} lunch with your friends before nap time and leave with everyone feeling refreshed.
